On 31.07.2017 Contipso Ltd. signed a contract № BG16RFOP002-1.002-0144-C01 with the Ministry of Economy for Creating an innovative three-component, multilingual, web-based hybrid platform for development, operation and distribution of interactive e-learning content and providing new services in the field of e-learning and knowledge management.

The realization of the general goal will be realized through several project-specific goals, targeted in several directions according to the needs of the target groups:
1. Creators of electronic content
The aim of the innovation is to enable people who have the knowledge and motivation to create interactive learning content but do not have programming skills or the means to pay designers and developers. The innovation proposed in this part of the project will make it easier for a wide range of users to create interactive electronic content with adaptive design through a simplified generation process that requires nothing more than ordinary computer literacy. This will lead to increased competitiveness and give them a market advantage to distribute and monetize their labor.

2. Organizers of trainingsя
The aim of the innovation is to introduce a new method for organizing and managing the process of knowledge dissemination. The aim is to create a significantly improved and facilitated way of organizing the process, which will lead to increased competitiveness and market advantage of registered users. This is achieved through the innovative method of managing the learning process. Training organizers will have the opportunity to experiment with different content without having to pay anything if they do not have more than two trainees. This enables small companies, training centers and even individuals to offer their services on the market. The platform allows them to respond quickly to market demand, taking advantage of the opportunity to purchase ready-made multimedia interactive (learning) content.

3. Users of electronic content
Here, the goal of innovation is to enable people who have a need to acquire new or expand existing knowledge to meet this need in a modern way. Upgrading their skills will significantly improve their competitiveness on the labor market. Increased employment and the hiring in better paid and prestigious positions will also improve the quality of life of e-learning participants.
The total value of the project is BGN 420,871.42, of which BGN 321,966.67 is European and BGN 56,817.62 is national co-financing. The project will be completed within 23 months.
