At Contipso Ltd. we recognize that gaining and maintaining your trust is important to us. The protection of your personal data is a responsibility to which we pay very serious attention. With this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy Contipso Ltd. recognizes the inviolability of the individual and makes efforts to protect against unauthorized processing of personal data of individuals.

This document contains information regarding the processing of personal data, the type of personal data collected, the purpose of using the collected personal data, third party access to this data, the security measures taken in relation to the collected personal data, as well as the options you have in connection with the use of personal data provided by you. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the legislations in force in Bulgaria in the field of personal data protection.

Terms used:

"Personal data" meaning, any information by which an individual is identified or can be identified;

"Data subject" meaning, an individual who is identified or can be identified on the basis of certain information;

"Processing" meaning, any operation or set of operations carried out with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, disseminating or otherwise making the data accessible, arranging or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying it;

"Administrator" meaning, an individual or legal entity, public authority, agency or any other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. In the present case the administrator of personal data is Contipso Ltd.;

"Personal data processor" meaning, an individual or legal entity, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller. By "personal data processor" in this policy is meant an employee of Contipso Ltd.;

The legal basis on which Contipso Ltd. processes personal data is your voluntary consent. In connection with the objectives listed below, you should explicitly give your consent to each individual objective by ticking the box (Check box), which appears as a little square box with accompanying text. When a choice is made, a check mark appears in the box, in view of which you have already given your consent for your personal data to be processed by Contipso Ltd. When no selection is made, the box remains empty. Please note that there are cases in which your consent is a prerequisite for registration on this site and its modules.

Personal data that you provide:

The personal data you provide directly is processed and used for the purposes specified in this Privacy and Data Protection Policy. The provision of your personal data when using the sites is not mandatory, unless you wish to make a voluntary registration.

The personal data we collect when you voluntarily register are: name and surname, email address and / or others. This is information that you need to provide in order to be able to register and through which you can be personally identified.

Personal data other than the data for creating a voluntary registration

We also collect other information that you may provide voluntarily, at your discretion, and providing it is not a prerequisite for registering an account in the system or any of its modules. Such information does not identify you personally, for example: gender, interests, hobbies and the like.

For the Contipso Market module (market.contipso.com)
  • Non-personal data such as: IP address (Internet Protocol address), browser type and operating system (it should be considered as general data);;
  • Personal data, such as name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, billing information. If you are the author of a work, in the registration form or at the end of an ongoing Agreement between us, we have the right to request a legal Identity Document (ID) issued by the government of the country in which you reside. We may also collect the author's data on tax fees;
  • User data, such as number of page views and downloads, website behavior, personal account edits, comments left, and other activities on the Contipso website.


For the PORTFOLIO module (portfolio.contipso.com )

In the "Portfolio" module, you can add personal data and proof documentation related to your education, personal development and professional experience, which may include, but are not limited to, diplomas, certificates, certificates, photos and other.

When creating a teacher's portfolio, you have the opportunity to add information about the results achieved with children and students, reflecting their individual progress, for which you need to make sure that the publication of personal data (names, photos, certificates, awards, etc.) for children under 16, through which they can be identified, you have written permission from their parents or legal guardians.

Such data specified in the user's profile (your account) is kept at your request in order to present you to other users of the system or one of its modules. You can edit and/or delete them at any time in your account.

At your preference, each portfolio created by you could be:
  • completely public (i.e. accessible to any visitor of the site)
  • locked with a code, choosing who to provide access with the code (access is given for 24 h., after which it becomes invalid)

  • Any portfolio and all personal data including attachments in it can be deleted directly by you, through the administrative panel of the module accessible after login. When you make personal information public in the system or one of its modules, you should keep in mind that it may be viewed by other visitors to the system or one of its modules and we have no way to prevent its further use by them. The purposes of the collection of such personal data are described below in this privacy and data protection policy.

    How do we use social media?

    We use social media in different ways. On one hand, we use them to promote our business, products and services, as well as to advertise, improve and administer our own services.

    Integration with social media plugins. We have integrated social media plug-ins into our system or one of its modules. This means that when you click on one of these buttons (such as the "Like" button on Facebook), we share some of your information with the social media provider. If you're currently signed in to your social media account, the media may link this information to your social media account and possibly show your actions on your account, making them visible to other users with whom you are connected. 

    Other services and functions related to social media. We may also integrate social media services (such as social media posts) in order for you to communicate with us or tell your acquaintances about our services. We may also maintain social media accounts and offer applications on various social media sites. Each time you contact us through social media, the social media provider may allow you to share information with us. If you choose to share it, you will be notified by the provider which information will be shared. For example, when you sign in to your account through your social media account, certain information (as permitted by your social media provider) may be shared with us. This may include your address, age, or profile photos saved in your profile.

    Personal information that is collected automatically:

    When you visit our system or one of its modules, our web server automatically recognizes and collects your IP address, which is determined by your ISP and does not personally identify you. 

    Summary information - Log Files - like many other sites we receive information from log files (a set of system information about the user): IP address; ISP (Internet Service Provider); the browser you use when you visit our system or one of its modules (such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox); the time you spent in our system or one of its modules and which pages you visited. The information contained in these files includes:

    Cookies: A small piece of information that the web server sends to the web browser, allowing the server to collect feedback from the browser. You can choose to delete our or third-party cookies using each browser's options. This may affect the interaction with our or another site.

    We use the following types of "Cookies":

    (1) Statistics cookies that anonymously remember your computer or mobile device when you visit our system or one of its modules. They monitor the way we search and help us build a profile of how our readers use our system or one of its modules. We may use this information to show ads that may be of particular interest to our users. (2) Service cookies that help us make our system or one of its modules as efficient as possible. They allow you to remember the registration and login details, to save your favorite settings. (3) Third-party advertising and analytics cookies, which are placed on behalf of independent advertisers who advertise on our system or one of its modules. These cookies can be placed in advertising or other places on the site. These cookies are anonymous - they cannot identify you. They are used for statistical analysis, allowing the advertiser to count how many people have seen their ad or seen it more than once.     Contipso Ltd. reserves the right to allow third party companies to display advertisements or gather information about the site by storing information from cookies or web directories on your computer.

    Purposes of personal data processing:

    Contipso Ltd. processes your personal data only for the purposes described below:
    • to register and manage your account, including to use services that require registration on our site and communication with you, including, but not limited to, the distribution of prizes in games, dispute resolution and troubleshooting;
    • to measure and track statistical dependencies on consumer behavior on the sites of Contipso Ltd. in order to improve our products;
    • to send you a regular newsletter that you have explicitly subscribed to;
    • for marketing purposes related to the activities of the system or any of its modules;
    • send you marketing communications and information to third parties when we have explicitly obtained your consent.
    • Identity verification to ensure the security of the website, to conduct a public agreement with the participant and / or the license of a buyer agreement;
    • Creating a user account and ensuring its stable operation;
    • Processing of your comments and suggestions;
    • Providing appropriate information about the offers that may be of interest to the User;
    • Processing of online purchases;
    • Continuous monitoring of the activities of users and visitors;
    • Informing users and visitors about new services.

    Recognition and collection of the IP address allows:

    - disclosure of the identity of consumers in cases where this is necessary in compliance with the law, legal procedures or to comply with these conditions;
    - analysis of traffic to the site and protection against malicious attacks;
    - to show you an advertisement related to your location or service information, such as the weather forecast, the location in which you are located or the one closest to it;
    - to verify the validity of "likes" in games organized by Contipso Ltd.

    Processing of personal data of persons under 16 years of age:

    We understand the importance of taking additional precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children and minors. Accordingly, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to create accounts in the system of Contipso Ltd. or any of its modules without the expressed consent by their parent / guardian. We will delete any account in the system that is created by a child under the age of 16 without the permission of a parent / guardian, as soon as we are informed. 

    If you are under the age of 16, please do not send any information about yourself, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address and more. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent / guardian, we will delete this information as soon as possible.     What measures do we take to protect your personal data: 

    We make every effort to ensure the security of our system and its modules. The data you provide to us is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is a standard method of encrypting personal data so that it can be securely transferred over the Internet. 

    The password you provide when registering with us is encrypted in order to be protect against unauthorized access to your personal information. 

    Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information is a top priority and we restrict access to it only to those employees of Contipso Ltd. who must come into contact with it to fulfill their role and enable our services to You. We will keep your information confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or for technical purposes.

    We store your personal information for as long as necessary to ensure the effective operation of our website. In general, we store your personal data as long as your account exists on a site or as long as you do not explicitly wish the data to be deleted. The information provided and collected by you will not be sold or made available for use to anyone without your personal consent. 
    Provision of information may be made at the request of the relevant state bodies and institutions, in the order and in cases specified in the current Bulgarian legislation. 
    We make every effort to protect your personal information, however, when sharing information on the Internet, you should keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet can never be completely secure, and that security cannot ever be fully guaranteed. 

    Your rights and abilities in relation to processing of your personal information:

    You have certain rights under applicable law regarding the personal data we hold about you, namely:
    1. You are authorized to request access and receive information regarding the personal data stored about you, as well as information concerning the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients to whom your personal data may be disclosed and more;
    2. You have the right at any time to request the correction of inaccurate data related to you, as well as the supplementation of incomplete data, if this is appropriate and / or necessary in view of the purpose for which the data is processed;
    3. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data that you have previously provided, at any time. In this case, the withdrawal of your consent to the use or processing of your personal data may make it impossible for you to take advantage of certain products or services provided by the system ;
    4. If you consider that you do not want Contipso Ltd. to process your personal data, you have the right to be "forgotten", i.e. you may at any time request that your personal data be deleted for any of the following reasons:
    4.1. your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
    4.2. In case you have withdrawn your consent for the processing of your personal data;
    4.3. If your personal data is processed illegally;
    4.4. in case you have objected to the processing of your personal data;
    4.5. other cases provided for by the legislation governing the protection of personal data;
    5. In many cases, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data instead of deleting the data;
    6. Right to object to Contipso Ltd. against the processing of your personal data in the presence of legal grounds for this;

  • Username, email and other data for identification of the respective natural person;

  • Description of the request;

  • Indicate the domain of the site to which this request applies to;

  • Preferred form of information provision and contacts;

    If an individual wishes to be "forgotten" and their personal data deleted, this is an irreversible process and cannot be recovered later!
    In the cases of exercising the rights under art.17 of the GDPR, Contipso Ltd. deletes only the personal data of the subject, but not publicly available publications that the data individual has made in forums, comments on publications and articles on the site, posts and blogs.

    Submission of the application is completely free. The deadline for consideration of the application is one month from the date of receiving the application. In addition to the above rights, Contipso Ltd. gives you the right to make some of the following changes in connection with the processing of your personal data, namely:
    • In your user profile you can edit and delete personal data that are not required for the use of the site and do not want to be made public;

    • You can manage your subscription preferences from your profile settings, as well as opt out of receiving a specific e-mail newsletter by selecting the unsubscribe option at the end of each e-mail you receive
